Meetings in Ventspils branch are held every third Wednesday of the month at 17.30 at Ventspils library, Akmeņu street 2, second floor.

Ventspils "Tree of Life" group has little experience, as it has been operating since 2017. The idea to form a group came from Inga after attending a psychosocial rehabilitation program “The Source of Power” (“Spēka Avots”). Seeing how important it is to talk and share similar experiences, it seemed logical that Ventspils could try to do something as well.

According to Inga, people go to support groups because they want to find a better solution in difficult life situations, get support and interaction with other people. "Come to participate, share experiences, express your feelings, emotions, build self-esteem, learn to listen to others, improve, find strength and improve your quality of life," Inga says.
